NVIDIA Metropolis, a program designed to nurture and bring to market a new generation of applications and solutions that make the world’s most important spaces and operations safer and more efficient with advancements in AI vision.
Rider Dome harnesses Computer Vision and AI powered by the NVIDIA Jetson edge AI platform to provide riders with real-time alerts against critical threats on the road. For commercial applications like motorcycle delivery fleets, Rider Dome offers a centralized ‘Fleet Safety Platform’ that aggregates and monitors all safety events in the fleet. Rider Dome also works with large motorcycle fleets and has partnered with insurance companies to ensure the safety of riders which make their living out of riding.
While Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) has become a standard in cars and has significantly dropped the number of crashes, motorcycles were left behind.
Using computer vision and AI, Rider Dome alerts riders of real-time hazards on the road. In addition, Rider Dome is working with global motorcycle manufacturers to embed its cutting-edge technology in the motorcycle production line.
