Rider Dome Pte. Ltd (“Rider Dome” “We” “Our”) takes your privacy very seriously. We are fully committed to our user’s (“you” “your”) privacy, and to protect the data we collect. Rider Dome honors your personal preferences and provides you with flexibility to control or remove your Personal Information (as defined below).
This “Privacy Policy” is an integral part of Rider Dome’s terms of services, which are available on Rider Dome’s Software (as defined below) (“Terms of Services”). These Terms of Services may be updated by Rider Dome from time to time. Any term not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Terms of Services.
Rider Dome is a developer, supplier, operator and proprietary owner of a Computer Vision AI-based collision alert system providing motorcycle riders with real-time alerts on a variety of safety risks on the road with a goal of preventing accidents before they happen (the “Software”). Rider Dome provides the Software to enterprises (“Customer(s)”) who wish to manage their motorcycle fleet. The individual accessing the Software on behalf of our Customer shall be referred to as a “User”, and the rider who rides the applicable motorcycle as part of our Customer’s motorcycle fleet shall be referred to as a “Rider”. The individual accessing our proprietary website, available at riderdome.com / fleet.riderdome.com ‘ rider.riderdome.com and software installed on Rider Dome motorcycle alert system kit (the “Website”), shall be referred to as a “Visitor” (The Software and the Website collectively, the “Services”).
Generally, with respect to the provision of its Software, Rider Dome is considered a “Data Processor” (as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation, the “GDPR”; or any similar meaning definition under local legislation) and thus operates the Software and collects Users’ and Visitors’ data on behalf of the Customer, and the Customer shall be considered a “Data Controller” (as defined under the GDPR; or any similar meaning definition under local legislation). With respect to the operation of its, Rider Dome is considered a “Data Controller”.

If you are a Visitor using the Website, or a User using the Software, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you are a Rider whose data is collected by a certain Customer, by means of the Software, this Privacy Policy will elaborate on the collection of your data and the rights you obtain with respect to such collected data.
Device
Users can access the Software and Website through various Devices. A “Device” is any digital device used to access the Software and Website, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device. This Privacy Policy governs your access of the Software and Website, regardless of how you access them, and by using our Software and Website you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy.
The Personal Information We Collect:
Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited only to information collected by Rider Dome through your use of its Software and Website. Some information may be automatically collected, and some is collected when you interact with our Software and Website. The type of information that may be automatically collected is non-personal information, which includes your session durations, the content you accessed on the Software and Website, information about your Device and your internet connection and the frequency and scope of your use of the Software and Website.
Information from which you can be personally identified may also be collected, including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, driving data, etc. (hereinafter: “Personal Information”). Personal Information will be collected on each user according to their use of the Software and Website, as described below:
Motorcycle Riders
When a Customer uses Software, we will collect on its behalf and according to its instructions Personal Information on Riders. Such Personal Information may include the applicable Rider’s full name, telephone number, plate number, motorcycle’s model and type, such Rider’s road behavior and activities, riding notifications, the Rider’s safety and driving ranking, and driving speed.
Customer’s Users
When you are engaging Rider Dome and accessing the Software as a representative of a Customer, we might collect your full name, email address, job title, and password to provide the Customer with our Services and provide you with access to the Software.
Website Visitors
We may collect, record and analyze your Personal Information if you are a Visitor of our Website. Such Personal information will be collected, only if received voluntarily by you, when you complete the forms available on the Website, for the purpose of contacting us or signing up for information and newsletters.
Such Personal Information may include your IP address, first and last name, email address, your areas of interest, interest in Rider Dome’s products, and certain information about the company you are working for (company name and address), any other information you provide voluntarily, as well as information as to the type of relationship that exists between Rider Dome and yourself.
Rider Dome also aggregates data about visits made on the Website, including numbers of Visitors and visits, geo-location data, length of time spent on the Website and pages clicked on or visited.

Such analytics service providers set their own cookies or other identifiers on your Device, through which they can collect information about your usage of our Software and Website. This helps us compile aggregated statistics about the effectiveness of our Software, Website and Services. Riders’ and Users’ Personal Information may be received from and transferred to the respective Customer on behalf of which Rider Dome collects Personal Information.
The above mentioned third parties may be located in countries other than your own, and we may send them information we receive. When such third party service providers process your Personal Information on our behalf, we will assure that they comply with obligations similar to those which are set forth in this Privacy Policy. We will also assure that they will abide by our data privacy and security requirements, and will be allowed to use the Personal Information solely for the purposes we set. We will transfer your Personal Information while using appropriate and suitable safeguards, while using a variety of legal mechanisms, including contracts, to ensure your rights and protections travel with your data.
